Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 6, 2026
This policy explains how n8n content rewards (“the app”), operated by Oussama El Mousaoui (“the operator”, “we”), accesses, uses, stores, shares and protects data, including data obtained through Google APIs (“Google user data”).
1. Who uses the app
The app is a private tool used only by the operator. It is not offered to the public, has no user accounts and connects only to the operator's own Google account.
2. Google user data the app accesses
The app connects to Google with these permissions (OAuth scopes):

The rows the app writes contain: campaign name and link, clip number, start and end times, duration, opening line, suggested hook, title, caption, a confidence score, rule-check results, quality-check counts, review status, and internal job references and timestamps. Human review decisions in the spreadsheet are entered by the operator; the app never changes them.
3. How the data is used
Google user data is used only to provide the app's visible features: recording suggested clips and their review status in the operator's spreadsheet. It is not used for advertising, profiling, selling, or any other purpose.
Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and data read from Google Sheets is not sent to any AI service.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to anyone. It is disclosed only if required by law, or to protect the security of the app.
5. Storage and protection
- The spreadsheet data stays in the operator's Google account. The app's run history on the operator's server records each run, including the rows it wrote or read; this history is deleted automatically after about 14 days.
- The Google access tokens that let the app connect are stored encrypted on a private server controlled by the operator. They, and the run history, are also included in the operator's encrypted backups of that server.
- All connections to Google use encryption (HTTPS). Access to the app is limited to the operator.
6. Retention and deletion
- Spreadsheet rows remain in the operator's spreadsheet until the operator deletes them.
- Access can be withdrawn at any time on the Google Account permissions page. When access is no longer needed, the operator deletes the stored tokens from the app. Encrypted backups containing them are deleted when the backups are replaced.
- Requests about data handled by the app can be sent to the contact below.
7. Other data processed by the app
Separately from Google user data, the app processes the videos and campaign briefs the operator submits: videos are transcribed and analysed with third-party AI services to suggest clips, and review clips are stored on the operator's server for a limited period (about seven days). This content is supplied by the operator and is not obtained from Google.
8. This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. The web server may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
9. Children
The app is not directed to children and is not used to collect information from them.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
